4. How long are the courses?

Every course is based on individual video lessons. Depending on the course – there are between 10 and 40 educational videos. Each course has a PDF Book which you can use to supplement the videos and review.

5. How long are the videos?

Each course is easily digestible and made up of several lessons that range from around 5 to 25 minutes in length.

7. I have never traded before, am I eligible for your programs?

10. Can I arrange my own weekly schedule?

Yes, once you communicate with your Account Manager, you’ll arrange meetings at convenient times.

11. Are courses available offline?

No.

12. Can I work while attending the classes in the academy?

The course is available 24/7 – which means you get to decide how much time you want to spend and when you want to watch videos. So, you can work and learn at your convenience at any time, at your own pace.

13. What are your payment methods?

14. Can I upgrade the course?

19. How many times can I review videos?

You may watch videos throughout the course’s duration period as outlined in the course. Videos are viewable 24/7 and can be paused, fast-forwarded and re-watched as many times as you’d like.

20. Is the course taught one-on-one or with a class?

The courses that we offer employs wide-ranging educational methods – from one-on-one sessions to comprehensive videos with class lessons offered in our Live Trading Room.

21. Will I receive a certificate when I finish a course?

After each video we have quizzes, giving you the opportunity for badges and points. Your Account Manager will explain to you how you can use them. However, these courses focus on learning and profiting from skillful trading. No certificate can match the excitement you’ll experience when you’re trading successfully.

22. What if I have technical difficulties with the course or have further questions?

Once you get the package, you’re going to have your Personal Account Manager to support you each step of the way. Feel free to ask questions, seek advice or share any issues you may be experiencing.

23. What is the connection between Trademy and TradeFW?

26. Will there be homework?

There’s no homework. To test your knowledge, you may review the quizzes as often as you wish as well as practice on our demo account.

27. What happens after I finish the course?

You can review the course materials at any time and you may interact with Trademy’s community of students. When you’re ready, you can upgrade to the next course level.

Account & Settings

1. How do I sign in?

In the top right corner of any webpage you should see the word ‘Login.’
Click on it and you’ll see two empty fields for your Username and Password. When you’re done click the ‘Login’ button below.

2. How do I access the lessons?

  • Once you log into your account, you will be directly on the page with your courses. Simply click on the course you want, and the lessons will start automatically.
  • Once the first video begins, on the top right corner you will see a drop-down menu from where you can choose your next lesson. Also, from there you will be able to see what part of the materials you have passed, measured in percentages.
  • After you finish the video, click on ‘Mark as completed’ and you will get a short quiz. This quiz will help you to assess whether or not you need to watch the video again before to continuing onwards.

3. How do I edit my profile?

  • To edit your profile, click on your name on the top right corner of your account and you will see a drop-down menu.
  • From this menu select ‘My info’ and edit your personal information such as name, email address, bio, etc. You also have an option to select an avatar.

4. How do I change my password?

  • Click on your name on the top right corner of your account page and select ‘My info’ from the drop-down menu.
  • You will see your personal information there, including the ‘Password’ field where you enter your new password. Then finish by clicking “Update user.”

5. How do I manage my account on a mobile device?

Your account can be managed in much the same easy way that you would manage your account on laptop or desktop system.

6. Can I watch videos on mobile?

All videos and content are supported on both Android and iOS devices via Mobile Web browsers.

7. What browsers are supported?

8. Can I download the videos?

No, the videos are not downloadable, but they are available in your account to view any time.

9. Can I re-watch videos?

Of course. Though a video may be marked as watched, you may still click on it to re-watch.

10. Having a problem loading a video?

Here are a few possible solutions to try:

  • Check your browser and try to open the videos with another browser
  • Check to see if video plays on another device
  • Check your internet connection
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Restart your device

11. How do I adjust video quality?

You can adjust video quality by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right of the video and selecting from the quality options that pop up.

1. What is your refund policy?

Here are a few common solutions that may resolve the issue:

  • Make sure all the information you’ve entered is correct. The most common reason for a payment not going through is a typo.
  • Make sure that the card that you are using is valid for online payments.
  • Please note, for your protection, you cannot repurchase the same course so make sure you aren’t already enrolled in the course.
